FDPL’s large meeting room has seating for up to 100 people if necessary, and is available for free during regular library hours on a first-come, first-serve basis. A small kitchen attached to the room includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. To schedule a room, please access the online scheduling portal link below.
There is a lectern, laptop, LCD projector, TV, drop-down screen, and in-ceiling sound system in the room.
The large meeting room’s default set-up is four rows of four tables with eight chairs in each row facing the front and two tables with four chairs at the front of the room facing the back. Additional tables and chairs are stored in a closet in the room and can be used if needed. Groups using the room can arrange the tables and chairs to meet their needs (including taking down the tables) but must return the room to its default set-up when the meeting is over.
