Items on hoopla are available 24/7 for residents of Fort Dodge, Barnum, Otho, and rural Webster County. You can check out 12 items per month and put unlimited items into lists. Items cannot be renewed and must be checked out again.

To use hoopla, you will create a (free) account using your email address and library card number.
